Important Note:

2. Counter Notification – Restoration of Content

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter Notification to request that the material be restored. The counter-notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. A description of the material that was removed, including the original location (URL) where it appeared before removal.

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.

4. Your contact information, including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where you are located (or any jurisdiction where the service provider operates, if outside the United States).

6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the individual or entity who filed the original infringement claim.

Important Note:
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

 

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright infringement seriously and enforce a repeat infringer policy. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices may have their access to our Website restricted or terminated at our discretion.

We maintain a record of DMCA notices and monitor repeat infringers in good faith.

 

4. Third-Party Content & Fair Use Policy

• We are not responsible for content uploaded by third parties (e.g., user-generated content, comments, or external links).

• We encourage fair use under 17 U.S.C. §107, which allows limited use of copyrighted material for purposes such as commentary, criticism, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research.
